Well, I don't want to sound negative or anything, but this town is pretty creepy! Not sure why so many people like it. The shows are fun and there's tons of good food to eat, sot that's not too bad. But the general atmosphere here is not my idea of wholesome living!Howie Mandel was very cool. Sat 4 rows away from him and I could pick out the color of his eyes, almost. Tonight we see lee ann rimes perform, tomorrow night is Thunder From Down Under, the all male aussie review which I heard is amazing, and Thursday night we head down to the Venetian for the Blue Man Group show.
My left foot is not happy with the extreme power walking I have been doing, thanks in large part to the long term dissolving stitches the doctor used for the surgery 2 months ago. Hence, I am forced to RELAX (no, I do not know the meaning of the word) and you can imagine how crazy that is making me. I walked the strip yesterday and am paying in spades now! Oh well, I will go into late adulthood gracefully (Not!).
Well, the preparation for the move to Georgia is a work in progress. For myself, anything I need to do is on hold until I get back from Vegas. Alan is leaving next week and is busy getting things together for his trip down there. The movers are coming to pack on 3/21 so I will be moved into the local hotel by Mar. 20th. Once the movers come I can't have anything left in the house that I am taking with me or I run the risk of them packing it up. The whole house will be in storage, minus what we take in our cars down there, until we find a house.
I keep telling the kids at school I'm taking the midnight train to Georgia, and they ask me what that means!!! Hmmm, is it me? I don't feel old!

Cute post- I miss you and Jenn and I wish I could be there with you, although I agree with you about Vegas (even if I haven't actually been there)- there are definitely other places I would rather go.
